Received the paper towel holder and one of the screws was puncturing the suction cup so it wouldn't hold suction. Seasucker sent me a new one as soon as I let them know what happen and sent the attach picture. Appreciate their promptness in taking care of it.

The SeaSuckers on my boat work flawlessly. In one instance there was a slight imperfection in a screw hole. SeaSucker immediately sent out replacement components. They handled a small issue in a big way! I offshore fish in the Cayman Islands, and I rely on the Seasucker quality.

It is great that if a product wears out after many years of use, you can buy a replacement part without having to get an entirely new product.

All-in-all I think the pads work well. They do seem to be a bit more fragile than I would expect. I've had to replace one pad after about 2 months of use due to the inner seal ring getting damaged. I will be more careful from now on.

Putting the covers on the pads after use will ensure they are protected and will last a long time. Even after an edge is damaged, putting the cup back in the cover will reshape it back to its original, working form.
